A French Napoleon III slipper chair, mid-to late 19th-century. Carved wood with black lacquer. Newly reupholstered in heavy white brocade. 23.5ʺW × 27.5ʺD × 32.5ʺH. Reupholstered, but with very light marks from dust from having been stored.
An antique, 19th-century Louis XVI-style carved wood chair, with floral sprigs and tapered legs, upholstered in green, orange, and cream silk, with nail head trim. 19.5ʺW × 20ʺD × 36ʺH. There are water marks and a spot of wear to the bottom cushion of the upholstery.
