Shipping Policy

All items will be wrapped securely and sent as quickly as possible. Depending on size, distance, and fragility, we use either USPS, UPS, or U-Ship (white glove door-to-door). We cannot guarantee delivery times because these couriers cannot guarantee them, but please expect smaller packages to arrive within 7-10 business days, and larger, door-to-door, coast-to-coast items to take as much as 4 weeks. If you're on the West Coast between the CA Bay Area and Portland, OR, pickups and personal deliveries are possible - please inquire. Our responsibility for a package ends once it is marked or signed for as "delivered" by a courier, so please make sure there is a safe, sheltered delivery spot for USPS and UPS or that someone can be there for a U-Ship delivery.

Damages incurred en route will be the responsibility of the courier, so please fully document the state of the box, the wrapping, and the contents as soon and as thoroughly as possible and send them to us; we'll take care of the rest. You will have the option of a partial refund corresponding to the extent of the damages or a full refund with return of the item (return shipping expenses paid).

International shipping may incur additional postage and customs fees which we cannot predict on our side. We'll do our best to insure quick and safe delivery, but our responsibility for the package ends once it enters foreign territories, as tracking information is almost always only good in the U.S.
