ORDERS
Yes.
The calculated shipping algorithm is usually accurate, but sometimes it goes a little wild - especially for international orders with multiple items. Please use the contact page to inquire.
You will receive an automatic message with the tracking number as soon as we have your package ready to ship.
Usually we use USPS, but occasionally we use UPS.
I frequently post paintings immediately upon completion, and sometimes I need to wait a few days before shipping to make sure the paint is dry. Thanks for your patience!
For items with multiple orders, there might be multiple packages (e.g., a print will ship in an envelope and a painting will ship in a box).
If a package is marked "Delivered" and you think it might not have been, please check with your local USPS (or UPS) first, as they'll know what's happened better than we will.
Contact us with any shipping questions you can't otherwise resolve, and my husband, Mike, will get back to you!
Very rarely, and despite our best efforts, our packaging does not survive the attack of the gorillas at the post office. In this case, you will be entitled to your choice of a replacement (when available) or a full refund.
We will file the insurance claim on our side, so we ask that you please help us by taking photos of the unboxing (as soon as you suspect damage) and any breakage within.
We'll do everything to make sure you end up with a piece you love!

DISPLAY
No: decorative only! They're oil paintings on what happen to be plates, and so they cannot endure use.
If a plate is paired with a papered wood frame, there will be a sawtooth hanger on the back for easy wall hanging.
For larger plates and platters that do not come with a frame, metal wire-spring plate hangers are included. They're tricky to put on, but they do the job.
If a plate is too small, large, delicate, or unwieldy for a hanger, a stand will be included.
*If you prefer an invisible hanger, you can purchase a plate disc on Amazon or eBay, but we've found that these are unreliable. They can be used, however, if you supplement them with your own strong adhesive.*
The plates and frames are usually sent in the same box, but separately so the plate isn't damaged. Some light assembly is required upon arrival.
1. Pull the spring hanger hooks over the edge of the plate carefully. This can be tricky. Sorry.
2. Thread the two pieces of wire through the loops at the ends of the springs. One wire for the top two. One wire for the bottom two.
3. Thread the wires through the holes in the frame. This is also a little tricky. Sorry again. Tighten the wires on the back of the frame, twist and fold down.
4. Peel off the back of the felt and apply it to the back of the frame to cover the wires. It's easiest to hold the corners diagonally to get it straight.
5. Gently straighten the plate on the front if it has moved a little.
6. A sawtooth hanger will (in most cases) be affixed on the back. Use this to hang your pieces on the wall.
7. Stand back and enjoy!
