An antique, c. 1860, French Boulle work glove box, with a hinged top and curved, drop-down front. Black ebonized lacquer with "three material" inlay: brass, mother of pearl, and shell on rosewood, in the style developed by master cabinetmaker Andre Boulle. 10.25ʺW × 4ʺD × 3.25ʺH.
